培南帕奈
培南帕奈是一種新型的抗癲癇藥物，屬於非競爭性AMPA受體拮抗劑。它主要用作癲癇患者局部發作性癲癇的輔助治療藥物，透過抑制大腦中的興奮性神經傳導來減少癲癇發作。
Perampanel is a member of the class of bipyridines that is 2,3'-bipyridin-6'-one substituted at positions 1' and 5' by phenyl and 2-cyanophenyl groups respectively. Used as an adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients with epilepsy. It has a role as an anticonvulsant and an AMPA receptor antagonist. It is a nitrile, a pyridone and a member of bipyridines. It is functionally related to a benzonitrile.
