安比西林
安比西林是一種青黴素類的β-內醯胺抗生素，屬於廣效性抗生素。它通過抑制細菌細胞壁的合成來發揮殺菌作用，可用於治療多種細菌感染。此藥物對革蘭氏陽性菌和部分革蘭氏陰性菌均有效。
Ampicillin is a penicillin in which the substituent at position 6 of the penam ring is a 2-amino-2-phenylacetamido group. It has a role as an antibacterial drug. It is a penicillin, a beta-lactam antibiotic and a penicillin allergen. It is a conjugate acid of an ampicillin(1-).
